This is a Stereoview of two Irish women in front of their cottage reading a letter from Pat in America. It is from a Keystone “Tour of the World” 72 card set from about the early 1900’s to the early 1920’s and shows great details. As with most Keystone sets, some of the images were taken years before the issue date of this set. Most cards in this set are in very good to excellent condition with only very minor wear. Any damage to this particular card will be listed below. This card is titled "A Letter from Pat in America, Ireland." with a Keystone negative number of 12615. This card is in very good to excellent condition and measures 3 1/2" by 7”. The back of the card is printed with information about the subject and talks about people leaving Ireland to find a better life in America, Canada, & Australia. Stereoviews or Stereo Cards have two nearly identical images mounted side by side. When looked at through a stereo viewer they give a three-dimensional image. Most popular from 1854 to 1938, they were produced in vast quantities, and many are of historical interest. They usually measure about 3 ½” by 7”.
Domestic buyers (including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO, or FPO) to prepay $6.50 shipping and handling for Priority Mail (mailed in a box) or $3.50 for First Class Mail (mailed in an envelope between two pieces of cardboard). All US shipping charges include delivery confirmation. Please add 9.00% California State sales tax if delivered to an address in California. Air Mail to Canada is $10.00 and Air Mail to the UK or most other countries is $12.00. Save on shipping by having multiple items shipped together. Shipping and handling for additional cards is just $0.50 each to the US, $1.00 each to Canada, or $1.50 each worldwide if paid for and shipped together. All items must be paid for in one payment to get the reduced combined shipping charge. Payment is due within 7 days of close of sale.
