Designed by Albert Benedict and probably manufactured in Belgrade.
Similar in style to the Rumanian ‘Danube Transitional Cross for the Turkish War’ 1877 -1878.
Awarded to all ranks and also to some civilians who provided material assistance to the Serbian army during the period of hostilities.
