The second of two from a NH estate. Owned by a WW1 vet from the USS Columbia this whstle has obviously been used and must have been his daily user! It is marked
STERLING and has no other makers mark visible. It has been dented on the "ball" part and been resoldered rather crudely and he must have bit this one on the tip a little. From the same estate we got a 1917 Blue Jackets Manual so I am assuming the whistle is from same period. It measures almost 6 inches long.
I have operated a retail business in NH for over 15 years and all items can be inspected or picked in person at our location in central NH at no charge.

SHIPPING:
· I usually ship USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Insurance can be requested and is reccomended I will not be responsible for shippers mishandling of merchandise.
· International buyersr please e-mail for approval and approximate shipping rates before offerding.
· Shipping will usually be immediate once payment has cleared, however, I reserve the right to do so up to five days following the sale, as I am often out of town searching for antiques and collectibles.
